By providing your telephone number to Zoooom, you expressly consent to receive:
Service Communications: transaction notifications, vehicle recall alerts, maintenance reminders, and account updates.
Marketing Communications: new features announcements, special offers, educational content, and surveys (if opted in).

- Automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS)

Important Notice. Your consent allows us to contact you at any phone number you provide, including mobile numbers that may incur charges from your carrier.

5. Contact Hours
Permitted Contact Hours
We will only contact you between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (your local time). Outside these hours only for urgent matters or with your specific consent.

- Marketing: Max 4 per month
- Alerts: Based on preferences
Charges
- Message and data rates may apply
- Zoooom does not charge for messages
- Check with your carrier for rates
7. Opt-Out Procedures
SMS/Text Messages
- Reply STOP to opt-out completely
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Confirmation will be sent immediately
Phone Calls
- Request removal during any call
- Call customer service directly
- Submit request online
Partial Opt-Out

8. Information Updates
You agree to notify us promptly of:

- Disconnected numbers
- Carrier changes

9. Monitoring and Recording
Call Recording Notice
Some calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, verification, and legal compliance. You will be notified if a call is being recorded.
10. Business Relationships
Established Business Relationship (EBR)
An EBR exists when you create an account, complete a transaction, make an inquiry, or use our services.
Duration of EBR
- 18 months from last transaction
- 3 months from inquiry
- Until you opt-out

Federal Do Not Call Registry
We respect the National Do Not Call Registry. You can register your number by calling 1-888-382-1222 or by visiting www.donotcall.gov.
12. Compliance Procedures
Training
All personnel involved in customer contact receive TCPA training.
Auditing
Regular audits ensure compliance with this Policy.
Updates
This Policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed.
13. Complaints and Violations
Report Violations. If you believe you have been contacted in violation of this Policy, email support@zoooom.app, call 425-931-0357, or write to Zoooom, Inc., Attn: TCPA Compliance. We will investigate all complaints promptly and take appropriate action.
14. No Emergency Services
Important Safety Notice. Our SMS services are NOT intended for emergency communications. For emergencies, call 911.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through website updates, app notifications, and email notices.
