How Your Free Digital Garage Works

Your Zoooom digital garage is a free place to manage every car you actually own — one home for your maintenance history, service reminders, and recall alerts. No identity verification needed just to use it. And when you're ready to sell, the garage is your launchpad: a car (and its documented history) goes from your garage straight into a listing.

~70-second screen recording: add a car, log a service record, set and see a service reminder, and see a recall alert.

What the digital garage does

Think of it as the glovebox you wish you had — but it never loses a receipt and it remembers when the next oil change is due. With a free account you can:

The garage dashboard: each car you own as its own card, with service status and recall flags at a glance.
Your garage dashboard keeps every car you own in one place.

Adding a car takes a minute

You don't need to dig out the title or memorize the trim. Enter the VIN or license plate and Zoooom decodes the vehicle for you — year, make, model, and trim auto-fill. From there it's yours to manage: log services, watch for recalls, and keep the history building quietly in the background.

Because the garage is just for managing cars you own, there's no identity verification to get started. Verification only comes into play later, when you go to list a car for sale or buy one on the marketplace.

Maintenance history that pays you back

Every service you log goes into a running history for that specific car. Two things happen automatically. First, Zoooom uses your records to send service reminders when the next interval is due. Second, that history becomes an asset: a documented service record is one of the most reliable ways to support a higher asking price — and on Zoooom it feeds the maintenance section of your Verified Report when you list.

Every logged service builds a history that supports resale value.

Reminders are calculated from the records you upload — so they actually fit your car.

Why it matters

For owners

Never miss a thing

  • Automatic reminders so you never miss a scheduled service.
  • Recall alerts checked against NHTSA — open recalls are usually a free fix.
  • One place for every car's full history, instead of a shoebox of receipts.

For sellers

Sell with proof

  • A documented maintenance history supports a higher asking price.
  • Up-front service records build instant buyer trust and fewer "what are you hiding" doubts.
  • List straight from your garage — the history is already attached.

The garage connects everything

The digital garage isn't a silo — it's the hub the rest of Zoooom plugs into:

What the garage is — and isn't. It tracks what you log and what we can pull from public sources like NHTSA. It does not replace a mechanic's inspection of the actual car. For mechanical condition — engine, brakes, transmission — book a Zoooom Certified mechanic.

Common questions

Is the digital garage really free?

Yes. Creating a garage and managing the cars you own is completely free, and you don't need to complete identity verification just to use it. Verification only comes up later, when you list a car for sale or buy one.

How do service reminders work?

Upload your service records and Zoooom uses them to figure out when the next service is due, then sends you an automatic reminder. The more you log, the more accurate the timing.

How does recall monitoring work?

Each VIN in your garage is checked against the NHTSA recall database. If an open recall is posted for one of your cars, you're alerted — and an open recall is usually a free dealer fix.
