The Zoooom AI Inspection

Used-car listings ask you to trust a stranger's word about condition. The Zoooom AI Inspection replaces "looks great, runs perfect" with an AI-documented condition report: the seller takes a few guided photos, and Zoooom's vision AI summarizes what's actually visible — damage, wear, warning lights, flood tells — right inside the Verified Report. Here's what it shows and why it matters.

What the AI inspection checks

The seller is walked through a guided capture — four required exterior angles plus optional interior, engine bay, dashboard, odometer and VIN-plate shots. The AI then reviews those photos and reports on:

What the report shows

Once analyzed, the walkaround appears in the vehicle's Verified Report as a Condition section:

Why it matters for buyers

You get a consistent, documented look at the car's visible condition — from a verified seller, timestamped, and harder to fake than a few flattering listing photos. If a listing has an AI inspection, look for the Condition section in its report. If it doesn't, that itself is worth noting before you drive out to see the car.

Why it matters for sellers

Buyers trust what they can verify. Adding an AI inspection to your listing signals you have nothing to hide and cuts down on "is it really in this condition?" back-and-forth. It takes about two minutes from your phone. See the step-by-step walkaround guide →

What it is — and isn't

The AI inspection documents visible condition only. It is not a mechanical or pre-purchase inspection — it can't assess engine internals, transmission health, brakes, or anything under the surface. For mechanical condition, book a Zoooom Certified mechanic. Think of the AI inspection as honest, documented eyes on the car — paired with the Verified Report's title, flood, theft and recall history.

Sellers: add an AI inspection from My Garage → open your vehicle → Run AI walkaround.  Buyers: run a free report and look for the Condition section.
